SOP: Processing MJAYSante Walk-In Client Notifications
Purpose
This procedure outlines the process for handling client notifications received from MJAYSante
(Margo Flint) when a walk-in client purchases and collects a pre-purchased DNA testing kit.
Background
MJAYSante purchases DNA testing kits in advance and distributes them directly to their walk-in
clients.
Once a client has purchased and collected a kit, MJAYSante will notify EasyDNA by email with the
client's details.
